When do you bill for services?
We bill monthly, in advance.
Do you offer refunds?
In the event that you need to cancel your service with us, we don’t offer refunds for any unused portion of your service.
Which payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and more.
There are no surcharges for any card type.
Are there any contracts?
There are no contracts for colocation services unless otherwise specified.
Dedicated Servers and Connectivity services may include a contract, depending on the selected service, and this will be outlined prior to activation.
